BEARHOUSE COFFEE is a 3-bedroom whole house located in a quiet neighborhood just about a 3-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The house accommodates up to seven guests and is ideal as a base for family trips or small groups of friends. The furniture, bedding, and mattresses have been renewed, with hotel-quality mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep. On clear days you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji from the balcony or living room, making it a rare combination of convenient access and a peaceful, home-like atmosphere.

Rooms

There are three separate bedrooms, combining beds and futons to accommodate up to seven guests. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, making it easy to handle luggage and making the layout practical for families and groups.

A Layout Tailored for Families & Groups

The ground floor features the bedrooms and a toilet, while the second floor hosts the living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and an additional toilet. Everyone can gather upstairs to eat and relax, then retreat to their own rooms downstairs for a good rest.

Inside the House

The living room is spacious, with a comfortable sofa and TV. Large windows bring in plenty of light and, depending on the weather, views of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding neighborhood. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and tableware, so you can easily cook simple meals with groceries from nearby stores.

Location & Surroundings

The house is about a 3-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station, with the famous “Mt. Fuji Lawson,” rental bicycle shops, restaurants, and cafés all within easy walking distance. You can also reach Lake Kawaguchi on foot, making it an excellent base if you prefer to explore by train, bus, or on foot. A partner café operated by the host is nearby, and guests may receive special discounts or luggage storage options there.
